9. Can I have the gift/product delivered on a particular date?

Yes. You can select or key in a desired delivery date while placing an order online. The gift/product purchased by you will be delivered on the date as specified by you, provided it gives us a minimum of six working days after securing your payment.

   

10. Where does Handicrafts India deliver gifts?

11. How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can check/review the status of your order or other information of all your orders that you have placed with Handicraftsindia.com, whether pending, in process or fulfilled.
 
To check the status of your pending orders online, log on to Handicraftsindia.com and click on the “My Account” link in the top of any page on the site. At “My Account” page, where you can click on the link to your order number to view the status of all orders that have / have not yet been delivered. To view the status of a specific order, click on the Order Number.

   

12. My order is shown to be in ' Processing' state. What does it mean?

Your order can be at one of the following stages at any particular moment of time:
a) Processing: ‘Processing’ is the default status for your order. As soon as you place an order your product is in ‘Processing’ state.
 
b) Dispatched: ‘Dispatched’ Stage means your order/items have been successfully dispatched from our end to be delivered to you through courier.
 
c) Cancelled: ‘Cancelled Stage’ means your order could not be approved by our payment gateway or we are not in a position to deliver the goods you ordered due to some unavoidable constraints.

   

13. Can I cancel an order after it is submitted?

¤

 

Yes. To cancel any order after it has been submitted, click on “My Account” link at top right of any page on the site. It will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “Track Your Pending Orders” link that will list all the orders that have yet not been fulfilled.
Next, click on the Order Number that you wish to cancel and then finally click on the “Cancel Your Order” link available for that order on the same page.
Note: To track your Order Status, you can click on the Order Number.
You can only cancel orders that have not yet entered the shipping process. You can only cancel orders that are in the ‘Processing’ phase, while we have received the order and are ready to send the same. Once you order has entered the 'Dispatched' status, we will not be able to cancel your order.
Goods once dispatched shall not be returned on any ground/s. However, in case you may have any complaints regarding the products delivered, kindly refer to our ‘Terms of Use’ or contact us at customerservice@handicraftsindia.com
